Janine Katmoski, President of the Eastern CT Chapter of the Hearing Loss Association of America ( HLAA) will be at the library on Wednesday Aug. 5 from 12:30-2 p.m. with a lecture and question and answer afterwards.

Jurassic Classroom to visit Seymour Public Library Friday

SEYMOUR - Jurassic Classroom presents “Amazing Adaptations” at 3 p.m Friday at Seymour Public Library.

Crests, horns, frills, plates, spikes, spines, teeth, claws: when it comes to adaptations, dinosaurs are the all time winners! Children will get to observe some of the amazing adaptations for themselves, and use their science skills to figure out what they were for. 

This program is ideal for children 7 and older.

SEYMOUR - Join Tiny Food Explorers at 11 a.m. Wednesday for an hour of food fun and exploration! 

Bring your tiniest chefs, picky eaters, and great eaters and create a delicious snack together. Recipes are nut free but may contain dairy, eggs, and gluten.

Best for children ages 3-6. Registration is required and limited.
