Plumb Memorial Library in Shelton to hold paint chip poetry event for kids



Grades: 3-6
Day/ Date: Thursday, April 24
Time: 5:30-6:30 p.m.
Location: Plumb Memorial Library, 65 Wooster St., Shelton 

Creative kids are welcome to celebrate National Poetry Month with Ms. Maura as she reads some imaginative poems about color and nature and then teach participants how to individually write amazing one-of-kind poetry based on innovative paint chips!  

Poets will also have an opportunity to share their vivid poems too!
Registration required for each child poet attending. 

Please only register your child for three children’s programs per month at Plumb Memorial Library. This being done to provide as many children an opportunity to attend a program at the library. Thank You.

We wish all of you a joyous Easter and a beautiful spring!
Great thanks to our big-hearted supporters who helped us provide Easter food, groceries, and handmade Easter baskets to so many Valley families in need.

As we take a few days off with our families, we look forward to reopening on Monday, April 21 with some great new sales and a very full schedule of pantry appointments.
