Ansonia man faces weapons, drug charges in March 8 incident

ANSONIA - Police said Eric Warren was arrested by warrant Tuesday after he turned himself in to the Ansonia Police Department for his involvement in the March 8, 2023 gun investigation on Prospect Street in Ansonia.
Warren, 50, of Ansonia was charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Firearm, Possession of Narcotics, Possession of Narcotics with Intent to Sell, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Disorderly Conduct.
Two handguns were seized during the service of a search warrant at Warren’s home, also seized was approximately three ounces of crack and packaging materials, police said.
Warren posted a $75,000 bond and was scheduled to appear Wednesday (March 15) at Derby Superior Court.
