Good Stuff Thrift Shop in Shelton holding weekend tag sale

SHELTON - We [at Good Stuff Thrift Shop] are taking the show outside this weekend!! Stop by and see us as our shop is going “tag sale” style. 

We’re open today and Friday from 11-4 and Saturday from 9-4. Our front yard will be full of awesome items looking for homes. 
Plus, we have two floors of just as amazing stuff inside our shop at 186 Coram Ave. next to the Church Of The Good Shepherd and the Little Free Pantry at Good Shepherd.

Plumb Memorial Library in Shelton to host Family Fort Night



Ages: 3 years and older
Date: May 9
Time: 5:30-6:30 p.m.
Location: Plumb Memorial Library, 65 Wooster St., Shelton


Families with children 3 years old and older are welcome to join Miss Maura as we construct forts using sheets and lightweight blankets provided by participants. 
Once we have built our forts, we will all get underneath and enjoy a few cozy stories. Participants are asked to also please bring flashlights or camping lanterns, as we will be reading with the lights off and under our giant fort!! 

Registration is required for children only. Registration begins April 30 at noon through FB: Miss Maura's Programs or by calling 203-924-1580 ext. 5108.

Seymour Public Library to host Tweens Try Tuesdays


SEYMOUR - Seymour Public Library staff will host a program for tweens ages 9-12 one Tuesday a month as we try some new foods together and chat about tv, school, and books! 
The next meeting is at 4:30 p.m. May 7.
The library is at 46 Church St. 
Registration is not required.
