Tiny patriot watches fireworks display at Shelton Riverwalk

Shelton resident Agathe Ngo Likoba, owner of Likoba, a high-end Parisian fashion boutique in Derby, wrote on Facebook:

I took a lot of photos last night at the Derby-Shelton fireworks but didn't notice until this morning a balloon was in one - I had to share.
