A New Event at the Market begins Saturday, May 12! 
The Griffin Wellness Van will be parked at the market doing blood pressure screenings and since it's Women's Health Month they will providing information on women's wellness. Please come down to the market and avail yourselves of these free services. 
The van will be at the Market one Saturday each month for the summer season to provide services to our community. Spread the word and come on down and get fresh with us!

The van will be parked from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. at the market, 100 Canal St.

Recuperation journey: Morning mushrooms


I'm certain these 'shrooms weren't there yesterday. 
The Internet tells me they're good for the ecosystem of the yard by breaking down organic material into useful nutrients.

Should I add them to my omelette this morning? 
Just kidding.

Teen Maker Space slated at Derby Public Library

DERBY - The Derby Public Library invites all young adults ages 12 to 17 to Teen Maker Space, Build a Better World, from 3-4:30 p.m. May 31. 
Available resources include 3D design programs, 3D printer, 3D doodle pens, Legos, and more! 

Light refreshments will be provided.
