NHSO to host instrument petting zoo at Plumb Memorial Library in Shelton

SHELTON - The New Haven Symphony Orchestra will host an instrument petting zoo from 2-3 p.m. Jan. 5 at Plumb Memorial Library.

The event is for ages 4-10.

Registration required for children only. Register online, through a link on Miss Maura’s Programs Facebook Page, or by calling 203-924-1580 ext. 5108.

Join Miss Maura as she hosts the wonderfully talented New Haven Symphony Orchestra as they once again visit us to bring an exciting children-focused musical experience to our library!

Children ages 4-10 years old interested in music will listen, learn, explore music plus touch musical instruments too! An experienced orchestra musician will engage interested participants through musical education.
Children will be encouraged to ask questions too. Caregivers must remain with their children attending this program.
The Library is at 65 Wooster St.

Please note: There will be NO animals at this program.

Special thanks to our FOTSL volunteers for generously funding this musical children’s library program.

This is shared from the Shelton Library System Facebook page.
