In search of spring in Ansonia
ANSONIA - I went out in search of signs of spring on this 45-degree April afternoon.
I found these pink blossoms. I'm pretty sure they are dogwood blossoms.

Interesting artwork seen at Ansonia High School
This totem caught my eye when I was at Ansonia High School Thursday to cover a "Senior" Prom hosted by students in the Human Relations Clubs of Ansonia, Derby, Shelton, and Eli Whitney Technical High School in Hamden.
The sign below accompanies the artwork.
I learned something just by stopping to admire the students' creativity!
