Plumb Memorial Library in Shelton to offer writers' group
SHELTON - Plumb Memorial Library will offer a new writers' group for current and future authors starting in May.
The group is called the Commodore Hull. It will meet twice monthly beginning May 4 at 11 a.m. in the main meeting room on the upper floor of the library, 65 Wooster St.
Participants will be encouraged to bring their thoughts, drafts, and finished short stories to share meaningful feedback and inspiration.
Registration is not required; all ages are welcome.

Easter Bunny visits egg hunt Saturday on Derby Green
The rain held off for the Cultural Commission's Great Derby Egg Hunt on the Green.
