We’re excited to share that your steward will be partnering with Phoenix Yoga - & Pilates to offer a FREE Community Yoga & Meditation on Sunday 10/15 at 6 pm.

The class will be entirely donation based. 🙌🏻Donations will support our Little Free Pantry on Skokorat and the Oxford Neighbor to Neighbor Pantry

You can bring a nonperishable food item, hygiene product, cash, or Venmo. We will also gladly accept prayer as donation. 🙏🏻

NO PRIOR YOGA EXPERIENCE NEEDED. The class will be BEGINNER FRIENDLY and focus on introducing practices, including Kundalini Kriyas, to focus our minds, ground on nervous systems, and help regulate our emotions.
