My recuperation journey continues: Husband Ralph and I went for another outing today.
We checked out the eighth annual Seymour Founders' Day downtown street festival.
It was great to see folks I hadn't seen in a while, but I must admit I got tired from walking around. I definitely need to work on getting my energy back!
Donna Alberti, left, and her daughter, Sue Alberti, had a table selling handmade bracelets, key fobs, rear view mirror dangles, and more. Sue Alberti owns Qsie's Creations.
The scene Sunday morning along Bank Street.

Miracle pill? Not so much
Regular readers may recall that I recently dubbed the melatonin supplement I was encouraged to take a "miracle pill."
I reported trouble sleeping, and melatonin was prescribed. You can read that post here.
I take it back! Melatonin may help me to fall asleep, but it certainly doesn't help me stay asleep for more than a few hours in a row.
Sleep is so overrated! Just kidding.
Someday ... zzzzz
