Ansonia Nature Center to hold wildflower hike Sunday

ANSONIA - Don’t miss out on the show! The Ansonia Nature Center will hold a wildflower hike from 1-2 p.m. Sunday.

Wildflowers show all their glory before the trees fully leaf out.

Join us for a Sunday hike, where we will find and document the locations of wildflowers along the hiking trails using an app called iNaturalist. Not only will this be fun, but documenting the wildflowers from year to year will help us understand the health of our forest and prairie areas.

The iNaturalist app is not required; bring your observational skills instead!

For ages 12 and up. FREE.

Please register at ansnaturectr@ansoniact.org. The Center is at 10 Deerfield Lane.
