Huntington Branch Library offers May Take and Make craft materials


SHELTON - Registration for the May Take and Make, Quick Crafts, is now open!

We will provide all the materials and easy to follow directions to create three quick crafts!

Each child must sign up individually. Projects can be picked up at the Huntington Branch children's desk anytime during the month of May.

The Library is at 41 Church St.

Derby Neck Library to hold in-person Zentangle art workshop


DERBY - Derby Neck Library resumes its tradition of being a place to enjoy free lessons in arts and crafts.
Join Rosemarie Main in creating Zentangle art pieces in an in-person, two-hour workshop, from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, May 5.
Zentangle is a meditative form of art set in a peaceful environment using repetitive patterns to create the unexpected. Our instructor is certified with years of experience.
All supplies will be provided free of charge.
Registration in advance is requested.
