Ansonia Police post road closures, traffic detours for Harvest Festival

Ansonia Harvest Fest is tomorrow, Saturday, Oct. 3!

If you’re heading downtown for the festivities, please plan ahead for the following road closure and parking information:

Road Closure: Main Street will be closed from Maple Street to Tremont Street from 7 a.m.-6 p.m..

Traffic Detour: Traffic will be rerouted onto East Main Street.

Parking: Public parking will be available in the East Main Street and West Main Street parking lots.

And while you’re enjoying the festival, be sure to stop by the Ansonia Police Department tent to meet and chat with some of our officers! We’d love to say hello and spend some time with the community.

Please allow yourself a little extra time getting into the area, follow posted detours, and watch for pedestrians throughout the day.

We hope everyone has a safe and enjoyable Harvest Fest!
