Master's Table to offer meals Sunday at Assumption Church in Ansonia

Free Holiday Meal from December

When: Sunday, Feb. 8, 3:30-4:30 p.m. or until food runs out (rain or shine).

Where: Assumption Church Hall, 61 N. Cliff St., Ansonia

Must be present to receive a meal.

Park car and enter church hall, masks are optional. If you are unable to exit your car or don't want to come inside, please speak to our volunteers outside and they will bring out your meal.

Pick up meal and browse giveaway table. You can eat your takeout meal inside but bring your own beverage.

20th annual Monkey Hugs Valentine Drive continues through Feb. 28

Collecting plush monkeys to warm the ’s & put smiles on the faces of children, who need it the most, on Valentine’s Day!

With this training, these incredible volunteers guide children and families through peer-support groups, helping them find hope and healing after loss. We can’t run our program without them! Ansonia Police seeking public's help in locating resident

Denise Alfano

ANSONIA - The Ansonia Police Department is looking for the public’s assistance in locating Ansonia resident Denise Alfano, who was last seen Jan. 30 in the area of Saw Mill Road in West Haven. 

Alfano is a 58 year-old white female, 5 feet 8 inches tall, about 300 pounds with brown hair and eyes. 

Alfano has medical issues requiring medication and it is believed she has not taken her medication.
