From the archives: Looking at the sky


I posted this in October, 2019. The waning gibbous moon was 94 percent illuminated. 

From the 'Turnback Tuesday' archives: St. Mary's School drama club


This week's "Turnback Tuesday" features the St. Mary's cast for the play "Out of the Frying Pan."

It was taken in March of 1947 by a professional photographer, a Mr. Hartman whose business was once located at 22 Woodlawn Ave in Ansonia.

SHELTON - Plumb Memorial Library is offering a bimonthly “Friday Films” series on Fridays at 1 p.m.
The film for Oct.18 is "Unsung Hero." The films will be viewed in the downstairs Meeting Room.
No registration is required and light refreshments will be served.
