Troop 3 in Derby seeks boosters for Gang Show program book

DERBY - The Boy Scouts of Troop 3, Cub Scouts of Pack 3 and Venture Scouts of Crew 33 will be performing the 95th Annual Scout Gang Show on May 11, 2019 in the Fellowship Hall of Derby Methodist Church.

It is the longest running show of its kind.
This show gives our Scouts the opportunity to build self-confidence by performing old time songs and skits before a large audience.

The theme for this year’s show is “Zip-a-dee-do-dah!” and will feature old time songs the audience will enjoy singing along to. The most famous alumnus of our Scout Gang Show is stage and screen star Brian Dennehy, who sang “Be a Good Scout” in our 1948 show.

We would like to offer you the opportunity once again to support our efforts by advertising in the 95th Annual Scout Gang Show Program Book.

Ad prices are:
  • $40 one quarter page ad
  • $45 one third page ad
  • $50 one half-page ad
  • $65 full page ad
We hope you can support us by placing an ad in this year's program. If you have placed an ad in the past a copy is enclosed for your reference.
Please enclose a copy of your ad as you would like it to appear this year and return along with your payment payable to Boy Scout Troop 3:

Boy Scout Troop 3
P. O. Box 8
Derby, CT  06418

The deadline for ad payment and copy is April 29, 2019

The funds generated from the show help support our Scouting mission of building character, fostering citizenship and developing physical fitness through such activities as attending Ed Strang Scout Reservation Summer Camp and Housatonic Council Cub Scout Day Camp.

Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns.
Thanks in advance for your support.
