Derby Cultural Commission hosts Irish flag raising, dancers outside City Hall

DERBY - Despite the drizzle it was a great day for the Irish Thursday outside City Hall as the Cultural Commission hosted a flag raising and energetic performance by talented students from the Mulkerin School of Irish Dance.
The St. Patrick's Day ceremony celebrated the generations of Irish immigrants who contributed to the growth of Derby.

Sewage pipe break closes Town Clerk's Office in Derby City Hall



DERBY - The Derby Town Clerk’s Office will be closed at 1 p.m. today, March 17, and all day on Friday, March 18 due to a sewage pipe break.

 

We will be checking email and voice mails and responding as appropriate.

 

If you need any service from the office on either day, please email requests@derbyct.gov and we will accommodate your request.
