Derby Public Library to host Teen Game Time on Wednesdays

DERBY - Derby Public Library invites all young adults 12 to 17 to join the fun of YA Wednesdays’  Teen Game Time from 6-7:30 p.m. Sept. 13 and 20.

Sony Play Station Four (PS4), Nintendo Wii, board games, and Legos will be available. 

Light refreshments will be provided.

SEYMOUR - Seymour Public Library will be closed Tuesday, Sept. 5, in observance of Labor Day. We will resume our Saturday hours (9 a.m.-4 p.m.) on Sept. 9.

SEYMOUR - Join us at 1 p.m. Sept. 6 in the lower level auditorium of Seymour Public Library to watch a movie!

Derby Public Library will be closed on Monday, September 4 in observance of the Labor Day holiday.

Outside book drops will be open to return items. The Library is at 313 Elizabeth St.

Seymour Lions Club to hold cruise night at Tri-Town Plaza

SEYMOUR - The weekly show will be from 5-8 p.m. today.

We take pride in the part we play bringing car enthusiasts together to celebrate a time when the automobile was more than just an appliance. We invite all hot rods, street rods, rat rods, classic, custom, trucks, motorcycles, and antiques to join us.
As local car aficionados showcase their vintage, classic, and custom cars, trucks and motorcycles and all the work they have done on them, there are opportunities to network and uncover new ideas for local car enthusiasts.

Trophies will be awarded for the 1st, 2nd & 3rd place car/truck winners also a motorcycle trophy will be award.
