Donations sought for Toys 4 Kids Holiday Drive in Valley


DERBY - During October and November, the Naugatuck Valley Health District along with TEAM, Inc. are co-sponsoring their annual Toys 4 Kids Holiday Drive.
Everything from action figures and dolls to Legos and art kits can be dropped off at Derby Public Library, 313 Elizabeth St.

Derby Public Library to host ghost stories author, paranormal investigation



DERBY - Author Charles Rosenay will discuss and read from his two supernatural inspired books, "True Ghost Stories of Connecticut" and "The Book of Top 10 Horror Lists" at 6:30 p.m. Oct. 26 at Derby Public Library. 
This will be followed directly by an actual ghost hunt/paranormal investigation of the 1902 Derby Public Library (a.k.a. Harcourt Wood Memorial Library) conducted by Nick Grossman of Ghost Storm along with Charles Rosenay.
