SHELTON - Join fitness instructor Debbie Russell at 2 p.m. April 1 for a fun and exciting cardio workout involving drumming! Drumsticks provided. This event will be held in the Shelton Community Center Gym, 41 Church St.

Channel your inner rockstar with this full body cardio-jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing, and crowd-pleasing fun of playing the drums. You become the workout music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. 

Using lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out.

Seymour Public Library to host animal show with Beardsley Zoo


SEYMOUR - The Beardsley Zoo will be visiting Seymour Public Library at 10:30 a.m. April 11 with a few animal friends!
