Support sought for Valley Community COVID-19 Response and Recovery Fund
Sharing from the Greater Valley Chamber of Commerce Facebook page:
"In response to the Coronavirus pandemic, Valley United Way, Valley Community Foundation, Greater Valley Chamber of Commerce, and Valley Council for Health & Human Services have partnered together to establish the Valley Community COVID-19 Response and Recovery Fund.
"We are urgently asking you, on behalf of our community, to support this collaborative fund. Your contribution will provide flexible resources to organizations serving the Valley region, especially those who are disproportionately impacted by COVID-19.

Knights of Columbus in Shelton sponsors virtual Greenway 5K Road Race
"The Shelton Knights of Columbus Bernardo Council #1350 of Shelton, CT is sponsoring their 13th annual "Greenway 5k Road Race" this year as a Virtual Race.
This is a great way to get everyone outside (alone) and enjoy some exercise during these stressful times while also donating to a great cause that services a number of charitable organizations in the local Valley community. There is also a great opportunity to have others join in on the fun by encouraging friends and family from anywhere around the Globe to participate.
