Friends of the Derby Neck Library to present Autumn Book Sale
DERBY - The Friends of the Derby Neck Library will hold its 2021 Autumn Book Sale between Oct. 30 and Nov. 7.
Stop in at the community room any time during our regular business hours to purchase books, CDs, movies, and more for all ages!

Derby Police Union selling hats to support The Hewitt Center for Breast Wellness
DERBY - The Derby Police Union is currently selling pink embroidered Derby Police hats for $25 with 100% of the proceeds going to the Hewitt Center for Breast Wellness at Griffin Hospital.

Echo Hose Ambulance in Shelton slates weekend EMT classes
SHELTON - Echo Hose Ambulance will hold an Accelerated Weekend EMT Class beginning Nov. 6.
Classes meet from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
Class ends Dec. 18. Seating is limited. Tuition is $985 which includes all books and materials needed for the class.
