Derby Public Library to hold teen game night via Zoom


DERBY - Derby Public Library invites all tweens and teens ages 10 to 17 to Virtual Teen Game Night from 6:30-7:30 p.m. Aug. 3 and 10.


Participants will have library-provided materials to compete in the classic games of skill and chance, “YA”TZEE & FARKLE. 

Zoom access link will be provided via email the day prior to game date.

Registrants will be contacted to coordinate game materials pickup. 

These programs are part of the DPL “Tails & Tales!” 2021 Teen Summer Club.

Paranormal convention on tap Saturday and Sunday at Ansonia Armory


 

The Leaf Jumpers to perform Tuesday at Jackson Cove in Oxford

 
OXFORD - The Leaf Jumpers will perform at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at Jackson Cove, 98 Jackson Cove Road.

Bring your lawn chairs, pack your picnic baskets and come sit back, relax, and enjoy great music in this beautiful setting. (no alcohol please)
Light refreshments will be for sale.

Concerts are free to the public and beach permit restrictions will be waived at 5:30 p.m .on concert nights.
Concerts begin at 6:30 p.m. until the final concert of the season which will begin at 6 p.m.
