Seymour Public Library to host animal show with Beardsley Zoo

SEYMOUR - The Beardsley Zoo will be visiting Seymour Public Library at 10:30 a.m. April 11 with a few animal friends!

Learn about the amazing adaptations animals have for thriving in their habitats with the Zoo’s animal ambassadors and artifacts.

See the amazing new animals, ride the carousel, and enjoy the entertainment at the zoo.
All residents of Ansonia, Beacon Falls, Derby, Oxford, Seymour, Shelton, and Naugatuck pay only $5 per person (with ID).
As you walk in, be sure to visit with some of the area non-profit organizations to learn how they are helping our #ValleyCT!

This is open to all residents of Ansonia, Beacon Falls, Derby, Oxford, Seymour, Shelton, and Naugatuck - not just for Chamber members!

July 15-21 is our First Annual Kids Week!
BRIDGEPORT - Connecticut’s Beardsley Zoo will host a Kids Week festival from Monday (July 15) through July 21.
Join us for dozens of fun-filled activities, live animal shows, hands-on workshops, musical performances, special guest appearances, and interactive demonstrations that the whole family will enjoy.

Save the Date: Annual Valley Day slated at Beardsley Zoo in Bridgeport

NHSO Brass Quintet, zoo join for concert at Shelton Intermediate School

SHELTON - The New Haven Symphony Orchestra's Brass Quintet joins forces with Bridgeport’s Beardsley Zoo at 2 p.m. Feb. 18 for an afternoon of animals and music at Shelton Intermediate School.

The Brass Quintet will perform The Tortoise and the Hare.

Study how the motion of these musical selections mimics how animals move in real life!

Admission is free.

Shelton Intermediate School is located at 675 Constitution Blvd. North.
