Derby Historical Society needs financial help in Humphreys House restoration

Sharing from a post today on the Society's Facebook page:

Restoration work being done at the David Humphreys House, 37 Elm St., Ansonia.

"The good news: the girding beam shows tenon holes from where a suspected outbuilding once was connected to the House. The bad news: severe rot has been uncovered on posts and beams.

"The Derby Historical Society needs financial help to get this restoration completed, and the project is not nearly done.
"Please consider making a donation that will last a lifetime. Visit derbyhistorical.org and make a tax-deductible donation today!"
