Derby Historical Society to hold Historic Elm Street Lantern Tour
Join the Derby Historical Society for a lantern lit walking tour of the Ansonia Historic District.
But stay alert! You never know who you will meet along the way. Before or after your tour, join our storytellers out back for a hot drink and more spooky tales by the fire.
All tickets include a voucher for a free drink at the Quail & Ale in Derby.
This event is family friendly.
Times
Tours depart at 6:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. and are about one hour in length. Please choose a tour time when purchasing your tickets. Our storytellers will be performing from 6:30- 8:30 p.m. and you may join them at any time before or after your tour.
Location
Tours depart from the David Humphreys House at 37 Elm Street, Ansonia. There is limited parking in the lot behind our House as well as along Thomas Street. Please check in at the Gift Shop in the back of the House when you arrive.
Please dress appropriately for the weather and wear walking shoes. It will be dark but lanterns will be provided to light your way.
