Ansonia to distribute at-home COVID tests Monday at Nolan Field

Sharing tonight's post on City of Ansonia Facebook page:

Good evening residents of the great City of Ansonia!

Mayor David S. Cassetti is announcing important update on Ansonia’s distribution of free, at-home COVID rapid tests.
Ansonia has finally received its share of rapid tests, and our rescheduled Distribution event will occur THIS MONDAY AT NOLAN FIELD, FROM NOON UNTIL 3PM. We will also be distributing N95 masks, while supplies last.
Line-up for the event will begin no earlier than 11:30 am. Nolan Field’s parking lot will be closed until 11:30 am, and on-street parking will NOT be allowed prior.
Please understand that our supplies are extremely limited. Therefore, we are asking that only SYMPTOMATIC RESIDENTS participate in this distribution event, to ensure that those in need of tests receive them.
Each household will be provided with 2 test kits. Additionally, we will be distributing free N95 masks – 5 per household— so long as supplies last.
Remember to bring proof of Ansonia residency, such as a driver’s license or photo ID. This event is for residents of Ansonia ONLY.
And again, that’s noon to 3 p.m. this Monday, January 3, at Nolan Field, 333 Wakelee Avenue.
Thank you for your patience during this difficult time.God Bless You and Your Family on this first day of the New Year!
