Seymour Public Library slates May programs



SEYMOUR - The Seymour Public Library, 46 Church St., has scheduled a variety of fun and educational programs in May.

5/2, 9, 16, 23, 30, and 6/6 – 10:30 a.m. – Lap sit with your baby- books, formative play and music for the 6-24 month child. Siblings are welcome!

5/3, 10, 17, 24, 31, and 6/7 – 10:30 a.m. – Story Hour stories, songs, play, and a craft for the 2-6 year old. Siblings are welcome!

5/3- 4 p.m. – StoryKids’ Book Club for K-Grade 2.  Book talks, craft and a snack. Child must have some reading ability.

5/8 – 10:30 a.m.– Lynn Lewis! Music and Movement - singing, dancing, and fun for all ages!

5/9- 4 p.m. – Nutmeggers’ - YA Book Club for Grades 5-8. Book talk, craft, and a snack - features the Intermediate Nutmeg Nominees.

5/10 - 4 p.m. – BookChatters’ Book Club for Grades 2-4. Book talk, craft, and a snack - features the Magic Tree House Series.

5/11,12 - Drop In Craft Table! Create something for Mother’s Day! All day. For all ages!

5/15 - 10:30 a.m. – Science Snoopers ‘Animal Partners’ - Natural science, story, and craft for ages 2 and up. Must be able to sit and listen.

All Programs Are Free! Fun! & Formative!
Some have limited enrollment. Registration is required for all programs.
