Seymour Lions Club to host annual car show fundraiser

SEYMOUR - The Seymour Lions Club will hold its 48th annual benefit Car Show Oct. 15 at M.P.I. Corp., Silvermine Industrial Park, 4 Progress Ave. 
Rain date is Oct. 22.

Antique, custom, stock, hot rod, muscle, street rod classics, trucks, and motorcycles are welcome. 

The Lions Club will award trophies to top scoring vehicles.
Five special awards from the Lieder Family and three special awards for a featured category will be presented. The “Lions Best in Show Award” is a custom jacket, your vehicle's picture on our ad book cover, and next year’s dash plaque. 

Breakfast and lunch will be available.
There will be music and live entertainment throughout the day. Trophies will be awarded at 2 p.m. 

Registration is from 8-11 a.m. 
General admission is from 8:30 a.m.-2 p.m.
Registration is $10; general admission (under 12 free) $5; senior citizens 65 and older, $3. 

Vendor spots are available.
