Recuperation journey: Pairing up in Pickett's Pond

Mating season for Canada geese is mid-winter to early spring, according to a quick Internet search. The geese seek mates when they are two years old and are monogamous. Their lifespan can be from 10 to 24 years, and their conservation status is 'least concern.'
