COVID-19 restrictions change BHcare's annual Under the Tree Project

This year, our Under the Tree Project has to function differently due to the unprecedented restrictions of COVID-19. We’re committed to brightening the holidays for our clients whose lives are affected by domestic violence, behavioral and mental health issues, and addiction. In 2020, we’re adjusting our program to ensure a safe, contactless exchange between our generous donors and staff. You can participate in the following ways:  Sign up to be matched with a BHcare client and fulfill a holiday wish via an Amazon Wish List. The wish will be $50 or under. We’ll send you a link of the gift requested. Simply click on the link and purchase the item through Amazon. It will be sent directly to our program location. Staff will then coordinate a safe pick-up of the gift. Make a cash donation toward the purchase of gifts, supplies, or food to meet the specific needs of clients during the holiday season. If we exceed our goal and all needs are met, any additional donations will be used to meet the needs of clients throughout the year.  Donate here.

BE PART OF SOMETHING BIGGER To send a gift directly to the adults and children receiving services at BHcare, send us an email at development@bhcare.org and we’ll match you with an individual. We’re asking for gifts be delivered to our program offices by December 14 th. Please indicate how many people you wish to provide gifts for in your email.
