Boy Scouts make improvements to David Humphreys House in Ansonia

"Current situation: Boy Scouts are conducting an Eagle Project at the Derby Historical Society [at the David Humphreys House, 37 Elm St., Ansonia]. Handicap ramp, scraping, painting, and cleaning up debris."
