"Pink banners are hung along the streets of Seymour in the month of October in honor or in memory of our loved ones. They also recognize those who have fought against cancer.
"If you have had a banner in the past, you can renew it during the month of June. If you are interested in getting a banner, applications will be available as of July 1st."
