Recuperation journey: Sheepish

Daughter Allegra and I attended our second needle-felting class Friday at Lizzie's Corner Consignment in downtown Seymour.
As you can see from the tabletop 'herd' above, we created sheep. It was a lot of fun.

Shelton resident Kayleigh Mihalko is our instructor.

Here she demonstrates the needle-felting process.

Allegra works on her sheep. Hers came out a bit better than mine.

My guy with a funny eye. Not easy to make them match, at least not for me!
I may just buy a needle felting kit. With it I could improve on his looks, and get more into a craft which I find quite therapeutic.

Looking forward to taking another class, whenever that will be scheduled.
