DERBY - The Derby Public Library invites all young adults ages 12 to 17 to Teen Maker Space for a Watercolor Workshop from 4-5:30 p.m. Sept. 29.
This workshop will be led by Valley Arts Council President Rich DiCarlo.
All materials will be provided.
