TEAM to celebrate 50th annniversary at Gala in Orange

DERBY - The year 2015 is a special one for TEAM, Inc. as we celebrate 50 years of success in making a difference in the lives of families and individuals struggling with the impact of poverty, Diane Stroman, vice president, said today in a release. 

TEAM is dedicated to ensuring basic needs of those in dire need are met, impacting and improving their prospects for long-term survival and success. 

To commemorate the monumental achievement of 50 years of continuous, successful operation, TEAM is hosting a 50 Year Anniversary Gala Celebration from 6-11 p.m. Oct. 3 at Race Brook Country Club, 246 Derby Ave., Orange.  
Ticket price is $100 per person. 

The Gala include Hors d’oeuvres, dinner, dancing to The Bernadettes, agency highlights, and the presentation of Golden Heritage Awards to William Bassett, The Hewitt Foundation, and Pitney Bowes Corp. 
The Gala is chaired by Lynn Kieley and generously sponsored by Pitney Bowes Corporation along with the Bassett Family Fund, R.D. Scinto, Inc. and Teamsters Local Union 1150. 

The Gala’s Honorary Chair is U.S. Rep. Rosa DeLauro.
