Oxford Public Library to host virtual demo of paper lantern craft

Korean/Chinese New Year Lantern Craft

OXFORD - Create a paper lantern with take-and-make home kits with a virtual demonstration from 2-3:30 p.m. Feb. 12 hosted by Oxford Public Library. 

A cultural discussion of Korean and Chinese traditions will be part of the program.

St. Mary-St. Michael School in Derby slates open house Sunday

DERBY - St. Mary-St. Michael School will hold an open house from 1-3 p.m. Sunday. Last weekend's storm forced postponement of the event originally scheduled Jan. 30.
