Pound Fitness for kids on tap at Shelton Community Center
Registration for Pound Fitness on Saturday, July 8 is now open!
Have fun rocking out and exercising with Debbie Russell at the Shelton Community Center gymnasium!
Participants will get to combine music and rhythm in this high energy class.
Session 1 is from 12:30-1:15 p.m. for children ages 6-9

Hunt for fireflies July 3 at Ansonia Nature and Recreation Center
ANSONIA - Follow the Nature Center’s rangers, Jeremy and Evelyn, at 8 p.m. July 3 through fields and meadows looking for glowworms in the leaf litter and discovering the beauty of bioluminescence around you.
We’ll end the hike with a show by beetles in the Lampyridae family, better known as lightning bugs and fireflies.
FREE. All ages are welcome. Wear shoes for hiking.
The Nature Center is at 10 Deerfield Lane.
