The Jolly Beggars to perform Tuesday on Derby Green

DERBY - The City is hosting free concerts on the Derby Green on Tuesdays at 7 p.m. Rain date is Wednesday.

From the band's website: "The Jolly Beggars bring the rich tradition of Celtic folk music and storytelling to modern day audiences. Based out of Connecticut, their traditional songs and musical arrangements have exposed many to the joys of Celtic music." 

The Bernadettes to perform Friday on the Derby Green

DERBY - We’re baaaaack!!! It’s been a minute, but The Bernadettes return to invade Derby Friday at the End of Summer Concert Series!!! 

Get ready for an evening of outdoor music - R&B, Motown, Soul, Funk - and fun.

The concert will run from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Bring the whole family down and enjoy some togetherness, fun and fantastic music!!! 

Bring a lawn chair or sit on the grass!!! But above all, bring your dancing shoes and get ready for a spectacular evening!!! We’ll see you there!!!

Town Clerk announces end of summer concert series on Derby Green

Old School band to rock Derby Green Friday

DERBY-  The 10-piece Old School band will perform in concert from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Friday on the Green.

The band's "song list features favorites from Chicago, Steely Dan, The Blues Brothers, Van Morrison, and more," according to its Facebook page.
