Sewer line break closes Derby City Hall today, official says

"We regret to inform you that Derby City Hall will be closed on Wednesday June 7, 2023 due to a sewer line break above the Town Clerk's and Registrar of Voters Office suite.

Any deliveries may be left in the in the secure night deposit box adjacent to the parking lot.

If you need service from the Town Clerk's Office today, please reply to this email and we will be available to help you.

Again, we regret this information in more ways than you can think of!

Message from Derby CT Superintendent of Schools Dr. Matthew J. Conway, Jr.:

“After participating on a call with our State Epidemiologist Dr. Cartter, as a precautionary measure to reduce further spreading of COVID-19, Derby Public Schools will be closed beginning tomorrow, Friday March 13, 2020, for two weeks with plans to return on Monday March 30, 2020.”
