'Turnback Tuesday' features Medicine Hall, druggist

Turnback Tuesday is mentioning another Derby business: Medicine Hall, located at the corner of 6th and Hawkins Streets, with G. J. Day as druggist.
George Day was not employed very long at this location. In fact, he became a manager in 1910, a druggist in 1911, and moved to New Haven in 1913.
This pocket calendar was a handout to customers to advertise the business.
It is a recent donation to the library from Robert Ahearn.

Thanks goes to Derby Public Library staff for sharing interesting local history each week.
