Salvation Army asks for donations on Restoring Hope Day of Giving Dec. 19

to benefit The Salvation Army in Connecticut


Dec. 19, 2023 | 5 a.m. - 7 p.m.

All Donations Matched Up to $100,000!


As so many of our Connecticut neighbors struggle with poverty, hunger and homelessness, The Salvation Army, along with generous donors and friends like you, provide help for those in great need.

Last Year:

· 525,554 Meals were provided

· 23,913 Nights of emergency shelter were provided for families, women, men & youth

· 55,858 Christmas toys were distributed

In addition, The Salvation Army provides emergency rent and utility assistance, early learning centers, after school education and recreation programs for youth, case management services for survivors of human trafficking, summer camp for children and older adults, music programs, emergency disaster services, pathway of hope program to end generational poverty, and more. 
Throughout last year, The Salvation Army in Connecticut served nearly 66,500 people.

Your donation will bring HELP and HOPE to our neighbors in great need.
