ANSONIA - Students from Ansonia High School were honored Wednesday night at the Board of Education meeting during the first installment of the Chargers Champions Recognition Program.
The program was developed to recognize students and/or staff who go above and beyond.
The students attended a two-week Engineering Academy sponsored by Gateway Community College's School of Engineering.
Sara Crooks, Director of Social and Emotional Learning, presented certificates to these students who have shown their commitment to excellence through dedication, leadership, and innovation.
