Second Congregational Church in Derby gets new steeple
A new steeple was installed Saturday atop the Second Congregational Church, 136 Elizabeth St., Derby across from the historic Birmingham Green.
The church was built in 1845 and in
1985 the wrath of Hurricane Gloria toppled the steeple.
