Seymour Public Library to host calzone-making program via Zoom

SEYMOUR - Seymour Public Library will host a Food Explorers' program at 4:30 p.m. April 9 on Zoom to make homemade broccoli cheese calzones.

Participants will make the crust AND the filling all from scratch!

You’ll need the following ingredients: yeast, flour, sugar, salt, olive oil, broccoli, ricotta cheese, 1 egg, and your choice of either cheddar cheese, shredded mozzarella, or both!

This program is limited to 12 families, registration is required. Please follow the link to register for the program.
