Derby Town/City Clerk: City land records are available online

Message from Derby Town/City Clerk Marc J. Garofalo:

Good Friday Afternoon,

It is with great pleasure and relief that I inform you that the City of Derby Land Records are available online.  This allows our Citizens and customers better access to these public records, especially during this public health crisis.  There was no additional cost to the City of Derby to provide this service.

There is no fee to view the index or the document images.  Your cost to print a document is $2.00 per page.

The documents online begin with Volume 92 Page 1, March 12, 1909, to current.

Here is the link for your convenience -  www.uslandrecords.com
Choose Connecticut from the State list, then choose Derby from the Town list.

If you have any land records requests that fall outside the scope of the online documents, please continue to email us at requests@derbyct.gov .

We look forward to our continued work together and hope that you, your family, and your coworkers stay safe and healthy during this public health crisis.  We’re all in this together.

Be well and have a great weekend.

Sincerely,

Marc J. Garofalo, MPA, CCTC-Town/City Clerk
