Derby Public Library to host January book discussion


DERBY - Derby Public Library will host a monthly Lunchtime Book Discussion at 12:30 p.m. Jan. 29.
January’s featured book will be “Mrs. Lincoln’s Dressmaker” by Jennifer Chiaverini.
New York Times bestselling author Chiaverini’s compelling historical novel unveils the private lives of Abraham and Mary Lincoln through the perspective of the First Lady’s most trusted confidante and friend, her dressmaker Elizabeth Keckley.

Lunchtime Book Discussions are held the last Wednesday of the month and are free and open to the public.

Multiple copies of the book will be available at the circulation desk. The Library is at 313 Elizabeth St.
Drop-ins are welcome; no registration required.
