Recuperation journey: Kitchen hint

When one is pouring flour or cake mix into a measuring cup one should place the cup in the mixing bowl. 

That way, if there is any spillage, the dry ingredients will go into the bowl, and not on the counter.

As the saying goes, "Learn by doing."
