Bread is topic of cooking demonstration at Derby Public Library


DERBY - The Derby Public Library has scheduled another cooking demo at 6:30 p.m. Jan. 23.  
The topic will be Bread Alone.  

Stacey Ference of Savour Catering will show participants how they can use leftover bread in a variety of recipes, including bread pudding, skordalia (bread dip), croutons, and more. 
There will be samples of all demonstrated foods.  
The class is for ages 18 years and older.  

Registration is required.
